    I'm still healthy and strong at 58 years old but kept needing to increase the doses of sildenafil from 20mg to 30mg and finally up to 50mg.     I gotta be honest here. I really didn't think it was going to be worth it. But I was dead wrong. This thing really works. My fiance was shocked to say the least, But now I can't even get dressed. Totally changed my life.

    I used as directed for about a week and a half, it really didn't do much at first. But I did notice the suction power. I had to keep it on 2 for a while. I've been using it as a routine along with my workouts. I'm on my 7th week. And I've gained 1 1/8 in length and about just over a 1/4 in girth. It also helped with release value 👌.     Before just jumping in and firing it up, I would suggest reviewing a few videos created by medical professionals regarding the amount of time, number of repetitions, and the span in between for the best results. The vacuum created by this tool is not a joke, but used with the proper instructions it does provide the claimed benefits. Charge life on this tool is amazing, still haven't charged it yet after over 5 sessions. If you feel so inclined to step up to level 3 or higher, be very observant as to where your testicles are. The vacuum at those higher levels is high enough to pull one up and in with it's upstairs neighbor. You don't want to find out the hard way what that feels like and how hard it is to get back out. I'll not include that photo. Overall great tool with realistic results.

    I would definitely recommend it over fleshlight.     First pump that I actually like and can see myself using pretty often. It's easy to put together and super easy to clean. Charge time isn't that bad especially for how long the battery lasts. The suction is way more powerful than expected and couldn't even come close to what it's capable of. I'll have to slowly train my way to get there. The orifice feels pretty amazing, way softer than expected. Give it a try!

    I can't speak to the claim of overall enlargement, but I can say that the blood gets flowing right away. I have found that using the narrowest silicone ring is preferable in order to avoid the pump pulling 'the boys' into the pump as well. Too much pressure for that sensitive spot.

    I love this pump for many reasons. Suction is great. SUPER EASY to operate and clean. Size of cylinder is perfect. There is grip on the tube so it's not slippery with lube. It's rechargeable. I had one that was battery operated and it kept flaking out. They also provide you with an extra silicone base that is detachable. My favorite thing is that once it's pumped it's hands free. I hate having to keep pumping with one hand and hold it with another. It's excellent. Highly recommended.
