    Before just jumping in and firing it up, I would suggest reviewing a few videos created by medical professionals regarding the amount of time, number of repetitions, and the span in between for the best results. The vacuum created by this tool is not a joke, but used with the proper instructions it does provide the claimed benefits. Charge life on this tool is amazing, still haven't charged it yet after over 50 sessions. If you feel so inclined to step up to level 3 or higher, be very observant as to where your testicles are. The vacuum at those higher levels is high enough to pull one up and in with it's upstairs neighbor. You don't want to find out the hard way what that feels like and how hard it is to get back out. I'll not include that photo. Overall great tool with realistic results.

    This thing is great, really pumps you up good.. you feel like a new man... LOL The only thing that is lacking is better directions on the different programs and details how they work.... You kind of have to figure it out on your own... If Anyone knows where I can get details about the programs, let me know.

    I gotta be honest here. I really didn't think it was going to be worth it. But I was dead wrong. This thing really works. My fiance was shocked to say the least, But now I can't even get dressed. Totally changed my life.

    I used as directed for about a week and a half, it really didn't do much at first. But I did notice the suction power. I had to keep it on 2 for a while. I've been using it as a routine along with my workouts. I'm on my 7th week. And I've gained 1 1/8 in length and about just over a 1/4 in girth. It also helped with release value 👌.     This type of product is new to me but this item made a good first impression. I was worried about the plastic wall, but it holds up. The silicone cap was a bit tricky to get on but holds a good seal, with surprisingly strong and quiet suction for its size. The rings it came with are soft matte and comfortable, with just enough give. The controls are simple to understand, and the clear tube separates for easy cleanup.     As a first time user I admit I was a bit scared/worried but after trying it my very first time, all my worries were put at ease. The buttons are very easy to use and if ever you feel uncomfortable or anything you just press 1 button and you're released within 1 second. Great product will def recommend!

    Ok, this thing works! I have used a manual pump one in the past, but this thing WOW! It really is a great quality product. Very powerful. Super easy to clean. Not very many parts. Stays charged for a very long time. First time I used it I almost broke my Wife. She was walking funny for a while.

    I will say I was impressed with the power suction of this unit. And it was fairly easy to disassemble and clean. Overall it was easy to use. However...I didn't have any luck with it and found the experience cumbersome. This type of product will only show results if you have a certain kind of appendage. If you're smaller, cut and already get rock hard as it is..this machine can be a bit painful. If you are uncut and have more skin and your member fluctuates in size...you might have more success with growth. This is all about how much blood can engorge your corpora cavernosa. I could only go to the 2nd level before it became painful which you should never get to. But every man's appendage is different. Give it a shot.

    I would definitely recommend it over fleshlight.     Was a little anxious at first as to how the auto suction would work compared to a manual pump.
