    I decided to try one of these out after seeing an instructional video from the 80 or 90's on how to operate one. I knew it would be slightly painful, but it was a good pain, and it paid off. The trick is, you have to leave it on there for an extended amount of time. If you apply suction anywhere on your body you can get the area to swell. Your penis is no different.
