It says waterproof, but the USB port doesn't look like it seals up exactly, and there's a seam in the plastic housing that I would be suspicious of trying in too fluid a situation. That's the only reason I've dropped a star off -- if it's not sealed it's not truly waterproof so making that claim is suspect with the way this is constructed.
Other than that though, nice little mini pocket vibe.
