It has a soft smooth surface, but for me a bit of lube is definitely a must.
The remote is kinda handy in it's circular ring like shape. The remotehas the same surface material and matches is color.
I will say that it's hard to find the right button on the remote... because the buttons are pretty much invisible. Not sure why that was needed. I would the buttons being outlined in white or black for easier visibility.
The charging cord works welland feels solid. I like that it's magnetic and i don't have to deal with inserting a charging cable.
De definitely worth giving it a shot.
I didn't give 5 stars because of the noise level...i have a feeling they can make it quieter and if when they do ...i think we'll take it out on a date..or adventure.. oh won't that be fun.

Now for the cons, because there's no magnet nor panties that come with it it's really hard to find a way to keep it staying in the area that you wanted to.
A hack I have found for this is either a wearing some very very tight thongs or getting a regular pair of panties has a two layered crotch panel. Cut a slipped in the top of the crotch panel and slide the device in. For reinforcement you can always use velcro or a snap to make sure that the top closes back. Yes this is a little extra fuss but if it means that the device can stay in the area that you need to and God forbid not slip out of your panties onto the floor I think it's worth the $10 and 10 minutes of supplies and time.
The other default is that obviously you cannot go long distance. Another con is at the power button for the vibrator is on the front so when you're sitting you need to be conscientious of how you are sitting on the vibrator. It's not really that big of a deal you'd really have to press and hold that to turn it off but it could disrupt things. Thing is most of theses vibrators do have a button on the front so.
A pro/con is that a battery life it can go for about 30 to 45 minutes but honestly after a half hour of this anyone will be ready to go. But considering the time constraints I would recommend whatever public activities you are wanting to use the device for to wait towards the ending of the adventure to start for example dinner wait till halfway through entree or dessert comes in to start playing.
