The information on-line was somewhat informative, and while the product manual was better than most products; it was still lacking. There is little info on exactly how to use the device for best performance. The sucking action is at times too intense and can be somewhat painful. That is why suction power is rated low. It is intuitive on how to use, but then again the lack of real instructions kinda gives a ding here. The saving grace is that when uses with water, it provides much improved performance. I've found it best to control manually than by letting it go automatically.
